L'Oreal Color Infallible Eyeshadow comparison list

For some reason that eludes the beauty blogging community, L'Oreal decided to release their Color Infallible Eyeshadows under completely different names and numbers in the US. This has led to insomnia, profuse sweating, tears and hand wringing. There were even reports of mass paranoia on the West Coast of Canada.
Thus, for my own sanity, I have composed a list of all known Color Infallible eyeshadows released worldwide to date along with their corresponding US names.
Please do not steal this list. Link and credit if you must share it. Massive thanks to Justine, Vicky, Labbit and everyone else who contributed to this list.
I refuse to acknowledge that Pebble Grey and Sultry Smoke are two different colours. Same goes for Iced Latte and Hourglass Beige.
Latest news! To all my Canadian readers, I have spotted the new Infallibles at London Drugs!

  1. OMG. I LOVE YOU! Lol. Seriously...this like totally just made my day! I live in the US and I have been getting so confused trying to figure out if it's worth trying to get any shades shipped over from overseas! Plus, I just love lists in general! So, this is like...a super early bday present! :D

  6. Golden Mahogany, Emerald Lamé, Forever Pink and Hourglass beige are sold also in Europe with these names. Unfortunately, at least in Italy, the first two shades were part of a limited edition and they are quite difficult to find now. Hope this helps.

  8. I just bought endless sea and surprisingly it is not a dupe or innocent teal.
Endless sea is much darker and warmer compared to innocent teal. I just thought you might like to know.

    1. Ohhhhh for real??!! man I totally need someone to hunt it down for me now! Yeah I haven't actually seen the American release yet hence my WAG (Wild Ass Guess) that it would be Innocent Teal. Thanks for the heads up!

  9. I have Naughty Strawberry and Glistening Garnet, they are close, but definitely different colors. Here's some photos to prove it. Sorry they are not the greatest, taken with iPhone.

So far it looks like of the new American colors, Glistening Garnet and Endless Sea have no exact copies in other countries. I own Bottomless Java, but not Endless Chocolat, so I can't say for certain if they are the same color. From the photos you have online, they appear to be the same or very close to it. Hope this helps anyone shopping for any of these colors. Your list has helped me tremendously, thank for taking the time to post this.

    1. Hi Suzanne!
Thanks so much for your insight and the photos! I hope to acquire the entire set of the new American colours to do comparisons at some point. Glad my list helped, it wouldn't have been possible without contributions like yours!

  11. Hi, M.A.C.nunu,

This is not a plea for you to buy me Canadian exclusive products. Instead, I am living in the US, and I want to offer to help hook you up with any American shadows you might still need/want.

Interested? I hope you see this and reply soon because they are BOGO at Ulta and Walgreens right now, but those offers will expire soon. :)

Why, you may ask? Well, like many beauty blog followers, I am a little idiosyncratic, and I have my reasons. But in nutshell, I have a soft spot for you because I am a native Vancouverite, I love your blog, and I am really grateful for this list.

    1. Hi!
Thank you very much for your kind offer! I actually managed to get some friends in the US to pick the US Infallibles for me and they are on their way to me now. I hope you get yourself some during the sale though! Let me know if you need some help picking up the Canadian ones :)
I'm sure you don't miss the Vancouver weather though! Actually the weather has been fairly nice recently but I won't say that out loud because with my luck it'll pour for another 40 days and 40 nights.

  12. Hi! I really appreciate your table! I suppose that this was so tough to make all this!!
I live in Australia so apparently we have UK versions, so I asked Loreal Australia if they have a table like this so that we don't have to spend money to just figure out the colors from different countries.
They just did not what I was asking for or they just don't have it. :( I put the link and credit on my blog and if you are interested how Loreal reacted, here it is.

Again, thank you and everyone who contributed for the effort!

  13. Hi Nunu,

I just saw your comment asking for permission to link to my post about the new Miss Candy infallibles, and wanted to make sure that you saw that I said that it's just fine :) I'm so sorry about the delayed response - usually I am much better at responding to comments!

Also, this is a good time to thank you for all your work on this list, it is fantastic and I've used it many times for personal reference, it's so helpful!
