They're always booked pretty solid and it's not unusual to have to book 2 weeks in advance. They also don't answer the phone when they're really busy, so if you get voice mail just leave a message and they'll call you back.

They are a non-profit organisation that provide hairpieces to disadvantaged children who have lost their hair due to various medical conditions in North America. They accept most unbleached hair over 10".
